Rumors and leaks about the upcoming Mi Band 7 fitness bracelet from Xiaomi began to appear for a long time, but only now all this information has begun to be confirmed. The company has certified it in the Indonesian and Belgian departments, as reported by local media.
The registration revealed the battery capacity, it will be 250 mAh – this is twice as much as that of the current Mi Band 6. The certification no longer shed light on any characteristics, but it can be assumed that twice the battery needs to fit in a larger case – probably, the dimensions of the bracelet will increase.

This is confirmed by a previous leak from the source code of the Zepp companion app for pairing with a smartphone. It states that the future bracelet will receive an increased resolution – 192 × 490 pixels (against 152 × 486 pixels for Mi Band 6). We can almost certainly say that the increased resolution is due not to a higher pixel density, but to an increased screen diagonal – Xiaomi from generation to generation increases the display of its fitness bracelet. Also, this leak revealed that the Mi Band 7 will receive GPS and will support Always-on Display technology (even when the user does not interact with the gadget).
As usual, there will be two versions of the bracelet: with and without NFC. It is expected that the presentation of new items will take place in late spring or early summer.
