Xiaomi has released a stable update to the proprietary shell for the ultra-budget smartphone Redmi Go. Although the company continues to support the two-year model, it does not appear to have a new OS release planned for it.

The ultra-budget smartphone Redmi Go debuted in early 2019 for about $ 75. In Russia, it is still on sale – in the official Xiaomi online store, the Redmi Go smartphone is offered at a price of 4490 rubles. At launch, Redmi Go was running MIUI 10 skin based on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition).
The new stable firmware MIUI 10.2.25.0 OCLMIXM (global), MIUI 10.2.19.0 OCLEUXM (European) and MIUI 10.2.19.0 OCLRUXM (Russian) are still based on the outdated Android 8.1 Oreo. The update is 194MB in size and brings stability, security and performance improvements.
