The most popular product categories among users are phones and accessories, consumer electronics, computers and office products, car and home and garden products. The most popular purchases were smartphones from brands belonging to the Xiaomi ecosystem: Poco X3 NFC 6, Poco M3 4 and Redmi Note 9 Pro 6. Most often, Russians chose smartphones with 128 GB of flash memory.
Among the goods from Russian sellers, mobile phones, household appliances for the home, audio and video equipment, laptops and kitchen appliances were popular. The number of local sellers on AliExpress Russia at the end of the last year reached 35 thousand, and the range of goods increased to 5.5 million unique items – they account for 25% of the platform’s turnover. About 80% of local sellers are small and medium-sized businesses.
