There have been rumors on the net for a long time about the imminent release of a foldable Xiaomi smartphone with a flexible screen. Now the Turkish thematic resource TechinDeep has shared details about the technical characteristics and high-quality images of the device.
According to preliminary data, the smartphone is codenamed cetus, and may appear on store shelves as Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold. It is equipped with an AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2480 x 1860 pixels with a screen refresh rate of 90 Hz. On the back there is a small secondary screen for service information.
The rear main camera is taught by Sony’s 50MP main sensor, as well as ultra-wide-angle and telephoto modules, the latter providing 3x optical zoom. It will be based on SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. There is support for NFC, two SIM-cards, stereo speakers.
