Xiaomi has officially announced the cessation of MIUI development for the once very popular flagship smartphones built on the Snapdragon 865 SoC. From July 18 of this year, beta firmware versions for internal testing will no longer be released for them. This does not mean that smartphones will stop updating from July 18, since from the moment the latest version of software for internal testing is released to its final implementation, it may take half a year, or even a year, but the fact is that software development for old flagships will stop on July 18 .

The list of smartphones for which MIUI development will stop from July is as follows: Mi CC9 Pro, Redmi K30 5G, Redmi K30i 5G, Redmi K30, Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Redmi K30 Pro, Mi 10 Lite.
Xiaomi also announced that the release of beta software for Redmi K30 5G, Redmi K30i 5G, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12 is suspended due to problems installing updates on smartphones in certain situations.
