Xiaomi unveils its first TWS headphones with spatial sound: how is it better than usual

At the Xiaomi Civi event, the Chinese industrial giant unveiled a new generation of its Mi True Wireless Earphones 3 Pro (Mi Air 3 Pro). These are the first headphones from the manufacturer to support 360-degree surround sound, just like the AirPods Pro. The novelty is equipped with a built-in gyroscope with the ability to recognize and track the movement of the headset, as well as an adaptive noise reduction system. According to the company, the headphones are capable of reducing the noise level by 40 dB.

Mi True Wireless Earphones 3 Pro are 17% lighter and 11% smaller than the previous model. Each earbud weighs 4.8 grams. The manufacturer claims high ergonomics and balanced pressure in the auricle so that the headphones do not cause discomfort.

High quality sound is provided by two drivers with Hi-Fi level detail. There is a transparent mode when ambient sound is heard, as well as a mode for more pronounced vocals. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.2, SBC, AAC and LHDC 4.0 codecs. You can connect them to two audio sources at the same time.

Mi True Wireless Earphones 3 Pro are available for sale for 699 Yuan (roughly $ 110).
