The Yandex team has announced the release of a major update to Yandex Tracker. Service for collaboration and organization of processes Yandex Tracker, in fact, is a domestic competitor of such giants as Jira and Trello.
Together with Yandex Tracker, integrated services were also updated – Yandex Wiki and Yandex Forms. According to the developers, the design of the service has changed and features have appeared that will make work even more efficient and communication more convenient.
Now there are projects in Yandex Tracker. With the help of projects, you can conveniently group the tasks of several teams that are working towards a common goal. In each project, you can assign a responsible person, indicate the deadlines and status of the project, and track progress.
The main sections of the interface have changed and the navigation has been updated – Tracker is now integrated into the end-to-end navigation of all Yandex Cloud services, the pages for creating tasks and working with the list of tasks have changed. In addition, a dark theme has appeared.
In the form designer for creating Yandex Forms, you can now quickly create form templates to create tasks within the service and manage the order of forms.
The updated knowledge base for Yandex Wiki employees also has a dark theme and vertical navigation through sections, as well as the ability to create a cover for page design. The personal section of the Wiki user has completely changed: favorite pages and subscriptions are now available in it. All selected pages can be filtered, sorted and deleted.
Yandex Tracker and Yandex Wiki now have a built-in visual WYSIWYG editor. With it, you can style text without Markdown markup – you can now format text, create lists and quotes using buttons, and not just through special syntax.
