Yandex.Market will launch closed sales with discounts and cashback

Information publication CNews reported that special closed sales will now be held on the Yandex.Market platform, in which partner stores of the site will take part. They will display their products with special offers and discounts that will increase the level of sales, while the buyer, on the other hand, will be provided with better deals. The first closed sale is planned for the service at the end of May 2021 – on this day, the Yandex Plus branded subscription turns three years old. And this is one of the main features of these sales.

The fact is that during closed sales potential buyers will be able to get some goods with discounts up to 50% (and these are not fictitious, but real discounts). But only those users who have a paid active subscription to the Yandex Plus service will be able to access the sale. For these users, they will make a special page in the service, plus in the application and on the main page of the web version there will be a banner for going to the closed section. At the same time, a variety of goods will be sold at this event, from household appliances or electronics to food.

It will be possible to pay for the purchase both with rubles and with points of the “Plus” service. Moreover, in honor of the upcoming birthday and the launch of new sales, Yandex.Market increases cashback points from 5 to 10% – this offer is valid if the product is marked with a special mark. There is no additional information about the participants in the first closed sale, as well as data on what exactly will be sold and at what discounts. And, which is very likely, there will actually be a lot of participants, so the term “closed” is not entirely appropriate – “Plus” has plenty of subscribers.
