Moscow hosted a presentation of the Plus Studio brand, the updated production center of Yandex. He will be engaged in the creation of content based on new products, which are being prepared for the premiere on Kinopoisk in the next six months. In particular, the online service will show viewers full-length sequels to Trigger, Major and Unscrupulous, the prequel Major Grom, as well as new seasons of popular TV series.
A total of 10 new projects have been announced, including “The End of the World” with Yuri Kolokolnikov about the sudden appearance of the Prince of Darkness in Chertanovo, a thriller based on the bestseller by Mike Omer “Inside the Killer”, a drama with Nastya Ivleeva and Philip Yankovsky “The Monastery”, modern adventures of the detective Erast Fandorin ” Azazel, the continuation of the series Unscrupulous with a full-length sequel, as well as the series The King and the Jester. The latter is especially interesting because the music producer of the group Igor Gudkov and the founder of the King and the Jester Andrei Knyazev worked on it.
As for the content that Plus Studio will make, it will appear not only on the screen. For example, for Major Grom they will create a clothing collection, for the comedy Unscrupulous — an audio book Don’t Make Me Angry, Slavik! , books and podcast. New content for Plus subscribers will be free, and offline events will require pre-registration or pre-sale on Yandex Afisha.
The premiere of the first three projects will take place on Kinopoisk before the end of the year: October 27 (“End of the World”), November 19 (“Monastyr”) and December 1 (“Unprincipled”). During the New Year holidays, “Azazel” and “Thunder: A Difficult Childhood” will be shown. The last one will be released on January 1 at 20:23, and this will be the first big premiere of Kinopoisk in 2023.
