Yandex said that the Yandex SpeechKit Brand Voice platform is based on speech models – a special technology processes the voice of a real person, and then analyzes it in order to be able to synthesize speech on its own. At the same time, there are all the possibilities of personalizing the voice – you can add an appeal to the client, teach the system to realistically name the date, order numbers and any other information that needs to be conveyed to the consumer. The main advantage of the new platform is that artificial intelligence is able to synthesize the voice of a real person without breaking intonation, gluing and other deformations of speech.
Currently, Yandex offers two service packages for the Yandex SpeechKit Brand Voice platform – Adaptive and Full. Choosing the Adaptive package, the user will receive a unique voice in a month, and the cost of hosting this ML-model in the company’s cloud is 150 thousand rubles per month. This package is recommended for receiving incoming and outgoing calls from clients. In the Full-package, the client receives a full digital copy of a real person’s voice without any restrictions. This package can even be used to create your own voice assistant – the system will answer any questions from the client. It takes six months to develop this option, the cost is not named – it depends on the complexity and requests.
Representatives of the company have already stated that the Full-version of the order is used by one large Russian bank (name not specified), and the Adaptive-package was acquired by the state organization of Moscow.
