The TikTok video posted by Levion Parker's friend Kaleb Felty on March 27 shows the 20-year-old on a boat off Florida fishing. Parker jumped from the 11th deck of the Liberty of the Seas on April 4, in front of his helpless brother and father, Florida authorities said. “He was drunk and had just had an argument with his father,” witnesses said.
