The General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Development and Investment provides clarifications for the services provided in a package from the store (take away), product distribution (delivery) and drive-through service.
In particular, the G.G. points out to the consumer public and the catering companies that in section F of point 15 of par. 1 of article 1 of items D1a / GP.oik. 81558 Joint Ministerial Decision (Β ‘6290) provides that the Take-away, delivery and drive-through services are allowed without the presence of customers in the internal responsibility of these companies and without the need to show certificates vaccination or disease or a negative diagnostic / self-diagnosis statement.
It is further clarified that the services of delivery of products in a package from the store (take away), distribution of products (delivery) and drive-through service (drive-through) do not fall within the time limit of the remaining units of point 15 of par. 1 of article 1 of the elements D1a / GP.oik. 81558 of Joint Ministerial Decision, since the above restriction concerns the provision of catering services outside or inside the store and not the preparation and delivery of food for their consumption in other areas.
