The Ministry of Finance is proceeding today, May 20, to the payment of a total amount of 3,962,165.22 euros, to 884 property owners (unit VAT number), resolving outstanding issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021.
In particular, the following are credited to the bank accounts:
– 787 property owners (natural persons) amounting to a total of 2,160,479.44 euros.
– 97 property owners (legal entities) amounting to a total of 1,801,685.78 euros.
Therefore, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of a total amount of 824.5 million euros.
Beneficiaries will see the credit in their accounts until the evening, depending on the credit flows of each bank.
