The Ministry of Finance is proceeding today, June 17, with the payment of a total amount of 6,298,725.88 euros, to 3,657 property owners (unit VAT number), resolving outstanding issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021.
In particular, the following are credited to the bank accounts:
– 3,440 property owners (natural persons) amounting to a total of 3,212,486.90 euros.
– 217 property owners (legal entities) amounting to a total of 3,086,238.98 euros.
Therefore, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of a total amount of 840.5 million euros.
Beneficiaries will see the credit in their accounts until the evening, depending on the credit flows of each bank.
