The Ministry of Finance paid the total amount of 9,648,595.04 euros to 6,001 property owners (unit VAT), today, May 27, resolving outstanding issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021, as stated in a relevant announcement.
In particular, the following are credited to the bank accounts:
5,745 property owners (natural persons) amounting to a total of 1,873,914.96 euros.
256 property owners (legal entities) amounting to a total of 7,774,680.08 euros.
Therefore, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of a total amount of 834.2 million euros.
Beneficiaries will see the credit in their accounts until the evening, depending on the credit flows of each bank.
