Director Zack Snyder came to the defense of actress Amber Heard against hate attacks and said he would work with her again “in a second”. The two collaborated together on “Zack Snyder’s Justice League”, a film in which the artist played the character Mera.
“I just don’t understand. If other people don’t like her, I don’t know what to say. I would work with her in a second,” said Zack Snyder, in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter.
Amber Heard has been experiencing hate attacks since she decided to accuse Johnny Depp, her ex-husband, of domestic violence. The accusation resulted in a long lawsuit from the actor, who took his ex-wife to court for defamation. She ended up losing the case and was ordered to pay the actor $15 million.
It is worth remembering that the actress returns to the role of Mera for the sequel to “Aquaman”, a film in which she already participated in 2018.
Directed by James Wan, “Aquaman 2: The Lost Kingdom” will be released in Brazil on December 20th. According to the film’s official synopsis, Aquaman and Orm must now join forces when Stingray returns to avenge his father’s death, which happened in the first film.
In addition to Amber, Dolph Lundgren, Temuera Morrison and Nicole Kidman return to the film. The first film can be seen on streaming, on the HBO Max or Prime Video platforms.
