Zadak recently announced the release of TWSS3 solid state drives. SATA 6Gb / s 2.5-inch drives are being marketed as a way to upgrade your PC by replacing the hard drive with an SSD.

Available in 512GB, 1TB and 2TB sizes. They use 3D TLC NAND flash memory. The sequential read speeds reach 560 MB / s, the sequential write – 540 MB / s. The maximum random access write performance is claimed to be 80,000 IOPS. The advantages of TWSS3 include algorithms for allocating wear and tear of flash memory, support for ECC and TRIM. The manufacturer does not provide a resource, limiting himself to indicating the warranty period – five years.
Sales of TWSS3 are due to begin on January 29th. The 512GB SSD is $ 57 MSRP, the 1TB SSD is $ 100, and the 2TB SSD is $ 210.
