ZArchiver – a program for managing archives (archive manager). The program has a simple and functional interface.
ZArchiver allows you to:
- Create archives: 7z, ZIP, BZIP2, GZIP, XZ;
- Unpack archives: 7z, ZIP, RAR, BZIP2, GZIP, XZ, ISO, TAR, ARJ, CAB, LZH, LZMA, XAR;
- View contents of archives: 7z, ZIP, RAR, BZIP2, GZIP, XZ, ISO, Tar, ARJ, CAB, LZH, LZMA, XAR;
- Create and unpack archives with a password;
- Partially extract files from the archive;
- View files from the archive.
Peculiarities:
- Supports multi-threaded operation (useful for multi-core processors);
- Supports Unicode (no problems with Russian file names in the archive);
- To select files, there is no need to enter the menu and enable the multi-select option. Simply click on the file icons and they will be highlighted;
- There is a link to extensions.
