“The main thing that always makes me feel bad when I look back on my life is not enjoying the band enough. I feel like I took things very seriously, you know?”, he revealed.
“I'm grateful that I can be happier now. I can actually enjoy things and have a little bit of my own perspective, you know? Like, glass half full versus half empty. That’s my choice,” she added.
In another recent interview, the British singer recalled the time when he was part of the boyband and stated that the band was good.
“I've been listening to One Direction songs, remembering the good times. We made good songs. As a band, we were really good,” he said.
