The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, referred to the telephone conversation he had with Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who invited him to speak in the Greek parliament.
In a post on Twitter, he noted: “I spoke with the Prime Minister of Greece. We talked about the humanitarian situation in the besieged cities and I thanked him for his country’s help” and added that “we discussed the defense cooperation between Greece and Ukraine”.

It is noted that during the conversation between the two leaders, the Ukrainian president congratulated the Prime Minister on the National Anniversary of March 25, while Kyriakos Mitsotakis referred to the connection of Odessa with the history of Hellenism and the beginning of the Greek Revolution.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis addressed an invitation to Mr. Zelenski to speak via teleconference in the Greek Parliament.
