Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has condemned the record number of Russian drone attacks against his country. “Last night, Russia launched a record number of 145 Shahed and other drones against Ukraine,” Zelensky wrote today in X referring to the Iranian-made kamikaze drones. As he said, Russia attacked Ukraine during the week with more than 800 guided bombs, about 600 drones and almost 20 missiles of various types. “This horror cannot be stopped with words and the killing of children and the loss of loved ones is simply unforgivable. Security from terror is impossible without bold decisions – this is clear for all countries. Without justice there is no lasting peace, and it is quite realistic for Ukraine to achieve it,” Zelensky wrote.
