Zelensky says any deal with Russia will require a referendum

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday that “any compromise that is agreed with Russia will require a referendum – a popular consultation”.

The Ukrainian leader reiterates that if he has to close an agreement with Russia, he will submit this decision to the Ukrainians. The information was published on a broadcasting company in Ukraine.
