Zelensky to leaders of northern European countries: Russia’s next target will be you

“Europe must protect its own security by helping Ukraine defend itself against Russia,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at a British-led summit in northern Europe attended by Scandinavian leaders. Baltic, as well as the Netherlands.

Zelensky stressed that NATO is “the strongest alliance in the world”, but added that “some of its members have been hypnotized by Russian aggression”.

Referring to NATO, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine understands that the door to membership in the Alliance is not open and therefore wants to protect its territories on its own, provided it receives security guarantees.

“If we can not go through open doors, then we must work with institutions that we can, which will help us, protect us … and provide guarantees,” said the Ukrainian president.

Asked about the decision of many companies to boycott Russia, Zelensky, taking the opportunity, said that Russian attacks have so far cost the lives of almost 100 children, as noted by CNN. However, the agency has not been able to independently confirm this tragic report.

“Some companies say they are gone, but they are just waiting for the moment when they can return to the Russian market. They do not care about the 97 children, so far 97 children have been killed,” said the Ukrainian president.
