Zendaya says she's proud of how Tom Holland has managed her career

Zendaya praised, in an interview with Vogue, her boyfriend and “Spider-Man: Homecoming” co-star Tom Holland for the way he handled things after the film was released in 2017.

“We were both very, very young, but my career was already moving forward and his changed overnight. One day you're a kid and you're at the pub with your friends, and the next day you're Spider-Man,” he said.

“I definitely saw his life change in front of him. But he handled it very well.”

Holland's next role is in the London production of “Romeo and Juliet,” scheduled for May. Zendaya said she “couldn’t be more proud”

“I’m going to try to see as many shows as possible,” she added.

Although the two have been together for years, they are quite private about their relationship. This appears to have increased interest in them, based on a story Zendaya shared about a time when they were in Paris and wanted to visit the Louvre Museum.

According to the “Euphoria” star, they were warned and told: “It’s already full. You could make things worse.”

They went anyway, she said, and photos of them visiting the exhibits circulated on social media.

“It was actually good,” Zendaya recalled. “You kind of get used to the fact that, oh, I'm also one of those pieces of art that you're going to take a picture of. I just have to be totally cool with it and just live my life.”

And fame can have its perks. Zendaya said the museum allowed them to stay after closing.

“It was one of the coolest experiences ever,” she said. “How was it [o filme] 'Night at the Museum'”.

Zendaya's new film, “Rivals”, hits Brazilian cinemas on April 18th.
