The Ministry of Digital Government has ready applications that are expected to be implemented in the coming weeks in order to make the daily life of the citizen easier and to improve the quality of his life. What are the new digital services that will immediately “invade” our lives?
1. Panel of the trial. As announced by the Minister of Digital Government, Kyriakos Pierrakakis, special emphasis is given to the field of justice. Next week, the digital application for the courts is ready, which will enable the citizens to watch the trial panel in real time.
2. Papers for the baptism of a child and naming.
All the required documents that the parents needed to gather either to baptize their child or in case of naming will be extracted online with one effortless click, away from queues
3. Telepsychiatry services. As part of the telemedicine that has already been announced by the Minister of Digital Government, Kyriakos Pierrakakis, free teleconsulting on mental health issues will be offered through a specific platform.
4. Real estate transfers. As Mr. Pierrakakis has already mentioned, a system has been designed for the notary, “the digital real estate transfer file. Everything will be done at the notary”. The system with the consent of the interested parties will draw all the required certificates from the information systems of the State.
5. Establishment of a sole proprietorship The whole process will be completed with one action, avoiding all the bureaucratic procedures and the inconvenience of the interested parties. “We are digitizing and simplifying the procedures, we are empowering the professionals”, pointed out the Minister of Digital Government, Kyriakos Pierrakakis.
6. ‘Flute divorce. The application is coming that will enable couples who want to go their separate ways to move quickly from their home to the issuance of a consensual divorce. The whole process will be done through an application on the internet. What is provided is that the two parties, through an attorney, will be able to electronically dissolve their marriage within 10 days, without reaching the court, from the platform to the single digital portal gov.gr.
