We all read the books of Twilight, let’s also accept that at least once we leaf through some of the EL James stories on which the franchise of 50 shades of gray and we almost certainly devour Pride and Prejudice more than three times.

Adaptation: Simona Brown, Eve Hewson and Tom Bateman star in the series Behind Her Eyes and Netflix.
3. Shadow and bone de Leigh Bardugo
Book: Alina Starkov, a cartographer and private, discovers that she has the extraordinary power to invoke light, the only element capable of saving her world from a frontier of darkness, known as The Shadow, and that advances unstoppably, threatening to engulf the world. in darkness forever.

4. Persépolis by Marjane Satrapi

Book: Follow the complex friendship and relationship between two teenagers, Connell and Marianne, in the small town of County Sligo, Ireland. For several years, the couple returns and ends repeatedly, modifying, altering and complicating each other’s lives, always with the same intense attraction that they felt from the first moment.
Adaptation: Daisy Edgar-Jones and Paul Mescal star in the series Normal People de BBC Three y Hulu.
6. Mothers sunday de Graham Swift

Adaptation: Adam Driver, Lady Gaga and Jared Leto to star in film House of Gucci which will hit theaters on November 24 of this year.
8. Nine perfect strangers de Liane Moriarty
Book: Nine people gather at the Tranuillum Resort Hotel for a 10-day retreat led by a businesswoman named Masha. As the nine meet and try to take control of their problems, each begins to wonder what is really going on at the mysterious retreat.
Adaptation: Nicole Kidman, Melissa McCarthy and Luke Evans to star in miniseries Nine Perfect Strangers and Hulu.
9. Dune the Frank Herbert
Book: Set in the distant future in an interstellar feudal society in which various noble houses control the minerals of each planet. It tells the story of young Paul Atreides, whose family agrees to take over the coveted planet Arrakis.
Adaptation: Timothée Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, Zendaya, among others, will star in the film Dune which will premiere on October 1 of this year.
10. Trainspotting by Irvine Welsh
Book: A captivating tale of the unusual events that occur during a specific time to a group of Scottish drug addicted friends. Confusion, anger, and misunderstandings are just a small part of everything this group of junkies have to face when they try to leave the vice behind.
Adaptation: Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller, among others, performed the film Trainspotting 1996.
