Huawei has announced the imminent start of sales in Russia of the new MateBook 14s laptop. The model is positioned by the manufacturer as a premium one.

The laptop in the metal case has a LTPS touch screen with thin frames, a resolution of 2.5K (2520 x 1680 pixels) and an image refresh rate of 90 Hz, an 11th generation Intel Core i7 processor (i7-11370H), 16 GB of RAM and a 512 SSD GB or 1 TB, upgraded Huawei Sound system with two tweeters and two woofers.

As with all the latest Huawei laptops, there are enhanced interactions with your smartphone and other devices. Interestingly, Huawei abandoned the idea of embedding the camera in a button on the keyboard in this model and placed it in the usual place for laptops – in the frame above the screen.

The dimensions of the laptop are 313.82 x 229.76 mm with a thickness of 16.7 mm and a weight of 1.43 kg. The 60 Wh battery provides up to 13 hours of battery life in 1080p video playback. You can also note the fingerprint scanner built into the power button, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, USB 3.2 Gen1, HDMI, two USB Type-C ports and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The kit includes a compact 90W charger. You can recharge the battery for three hours of use in 15 minutes.

In addition to the classic space gray color, the MateBook 14s is available in sage green. Huawei will begin accepting pre-orders for the MateBook 14s on October 26, 2021 at prices of 119,990 rubles for the 512GB SSD version and 129,990 rubles for the 1TB SSD version.
