Earthquake 4.4 Richter was recorded on Monday morning (31/05) at Cyprus, quite close to the area of Lefka, west of Megalonisos.
According to the Euro-Mediterranean Institute, the earthquake occurred at 09:23 Greek time. It focused on 55 kilometers northwest of Limassol, with a focal depth of 40 kilometers.
It is noted that the data for the earthquake that come from the Geodynamic Institute of Athens or from the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Institute are solutions coming from the automatic computer system, without the participation of a seismologist.
