A few days ago, Xiaomi unveiled its new ultra-budget headphones, the Redmi Buds 3. And yesterday, the Chinese manufacturer began accepting orders for the Redmi Buds 3 through its proprietary co-financing platform.
The headphones can be ordered in China for $ 25. The launch was more than successful. Xiaomi has already announced that orders have exceeded 10 million yuan ($ 1,549,283). Thus, the orders were allocated for more than 62 893 pieces of headphones.
The headphones are very similar in appearance to the famous Apple AirPods, these are the first headphones of the company in a similar design. Features include aptX support, Bluetooth 5.2, noise cancellation for calls, touch control, waterproof (IP54), Qualcomm QCC3040 SoC, 12mm emitters, 5 hours of battery life and an additional 20 hours with charging from the case.
