A teacher from North Carolina, USA, who was prosecuted for doing sex with one of her students, she was arrested again when officers discovered that the same juvenile had visited her home nine times since she had been placed under house arrest.
Elizabeth Suzanne Bailey, 36, was initially arrested after it emerged that she had had sex with her student last June. The professor turned herself in on August 1 and was released on $75,000 bail and on the condition that she remain under house arrest under electronic monitoring. She was also ordered to stay away from the student.
The 36-year-old was arrested again on September 2 when it became known that she was continuing to see him student.
She is now facing several more charges and her bail has been set at $800,000.
Bailey worked at Northview Academy as a physics teacher.
