And then I lost the baby about four or five months old, which was obviously not a pleasant experience, and unfortunately is more common than you think.”
Although the couple still had a frozen embryo, Hilaria decided not to resort to assisted reproduction again and increased the family through a rental belly.
“I thought: I can’t put this other embryo on myself, because I feel that my body rejected this process. I don’t know why. And, look, it may even be irrational; there was no explanation for what happened. But I was so sure at that time, I thought: so I could. So I made the rental belly while I was pregnant,” he said.
