The chief electrician sues Alec Baldwin and other members of the crew in the set of the movie Rust, where Famous actor accidentally shot and killed photography director Halina Hutchins last month. Serge Svetnoi, a friend of Hutchinsaccuses them of negligence resulting in “serious emotional distress”.

Authorities are still investigating the October 21 incident in New Mexico. No one has been prosecuted.
Assistant director Dave Halls told investigators he did not check all the missiles in the gun before handing it to Alec Baldwin, according to a court document and as noted by the BBC.
Hols allegedly shouted “cold weapon” as he handed it to the actor, which means he thought it was safe.
The director was also injured during the shooting of the western film Rust.
Svetnoy’s lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles. He names more than 20 people as responsible for the incident.
During a press conference on Wednesday, Svetnoy, 63, said he had seen guns unattended on the ground a few days before the tragedy, adding that he had warned those responsible.
Neither 63-year-old Baldun nor anyone else mentioned in the lawsuit has commented on the development so far.
