DJ Alok released, this Friday (14), his first single of the year, “Work With My Love”.
The production was done in partnership with James Arthur, winner of the reality show The X Factor in the United Kingdom, who takes on the vocals of the track.
The song is inspired by disco music, a genre that refers to popular songs in North American clubs in the 1970s.
“This song brings a little more of my pop side, I’m a DJ but I transit in music as a whole, not just in electronics, I’m sure that people will really enjoy this partnership with Jame Arthur”, declared the DJ from Goiás, in press release.
The British vocalist, who won the ninth edition of one of the most popular programs on British television, said he is proud to present this work to the public.
“The moment I heard the track, I was excited to release it and see people’s reactions. I hope everyone is as excited as I am,” said James Arthur.
To publicize its releases on social networks, Alok participated in the trend in which users compare how they were in 2013 and how they are in 2023.
“A lot has changed in 10 years, and everyone here is a part of it. Thank you!” she wrote.
