Xiaomi has announced the start of accepting pre-orders for the new Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE smartphone.
In the model name, NE stands for New Edition. It expands the series, which already includes the Mi 11 Lite 5G and Mi 11 Lite. The latter, by the way, have been on sale in Russia since May. The “new edition” got rid of the Mi brand, and the 5nm SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G was replaced by the 6nm Snapdragon 778G, offered at a more affordable price and received a refreshed color scheme.
If Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G is available to Russian users at a price of 37,990 rubles, then the recommended retail price for Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE starts at 29,990 rubles for the 6/128 GB version. Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE is offered in white, black, pink and blue housings.
Plus, at the time of pre-order, there is a special offer – a discount of 2000 rubles for 6/128 GB, and for 8/128 GB they give as a gift a smart bracelet Mi Smart Band 6 and True Wireless Earphone 2 Basic headphones. The 8/128 GB version will cost 34,990 rubles. The older version with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal flash memory will be available later at a suggested retail price of 39,990 rubles.
The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE smartphone received a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen, Full HD + resolution with a frame rate of 90 Hz, a 20-megapixel front camera, a main camera with 64, 8 and 5 megapixel sensors, Snapdragon 778G SoC, a 4250 mA battery H with support for fast 33W wired charging. Other features of the model include a side fingerprint scanner, NFC, dust and water protection in accordance with the IP53 degree.
