Anderson Torres’ special rights in prison

A document drawn up by the judge of the Criminal Execution Court of the Federal District Court of Justice, Leila Cury, details how is the place where the former Minister of Justice, Anderson Torres, has been imprisoned since last Saturday (14), in the Battalion of Military Police Operational Aviation, 15 km from the center of Brasília.

As a security professional, he has the right to stay in a “General Staff room”. There are no bars at the place where Anderson Torres is being held. In the space, there is a meeting room, consisting of a sofa and a table with 4 chairs.
