A series of lawsuits “against all those who continue to produce mud”, states that the Minister of Development and Investment Adonis Georgiadis will proceed, responding to the announcement of SYRIZA for the filing of the case against Novartis.
The Minister, responding to the announcement of SYRIZA, stated in detail the following:
“From the day that the ARCHIVING of the case against me became known, which was formed by criminally controlled prosecutors, Rasputin and other persons and was about slander against Novartis, SYRIZA has shown its real hated face!
I am experiencing an institutionally abnormal situation unprecedented for a state in the Western world, where a party, SYRIZA, is attacking indiscriminately, cholericly, toxicly with all its mechanisms the Prosecutors, who decided the ARCHIVING. The indelible and inviolable rule, which applies to non-fascist regimes of respect for Judicial Decisions, in my case is violated uninterruptedly and ruthlessly by SYRIZA.
It is obvious that SYRIZA had invested politically in the criminal prosecution against me and now it has lost its sleep.
Fortunately, in Greece the Judiciary remains independent and does not obey the “orders” of either Mr. Polakis, Mr. Vaxevanis or Mr. Tsipras.
During the search of me, the authorities did not find any evidence to prosecute me as defined by the Code of Criminal Procedure, which differs from the Code of Tsipras and Polakis, the Siamese brothers.
The disgusting deception of the public with the supposedly unexplained statements find a complete answer to the prosecutor’s finding itself, after an exhaustive control of the Financial Police, where nothing reprehensible was found, but also with the reference to the declared and taxed turnovers of my companies, which exceed multiples these amounts.
The stinking mud on whether my deposits are covered by the statements of my Pothen Esches, finds an answer to the Control of my Pothen Esches by the only competent Authority according to the Constitution, namely the Parliamentary committee and in fact on Syriza and with the Chairman of the Committee, Mrs. Tasia Christodoulopoulou.
Instead of apologizing for the conspiracy allegedly set up to distort the Democratic State, with accomplicing politicians, prosecutors and journalists, to win the election, they appear as alleged honorees of Justice.
Let Mr. Tsipras finally understand this well, Greece, despite its tireless efforts to make us Venezuela, will remain a State of the Western World with Independence between the Powers and Respect for Judicial Decisions!
