Shure has unveiled the Aonic Free earbuds, the brand’s first True Wireless Sound or TWS earbuds. They are said to deliver the same “unrivaled studio-quality sound that artists, audiophiles, passengers, technophiles and audiophiles have come to rely on” in other models in the Aonic line. The advantages of the Aonic Free also include a large autonomy with a small size and weight.

The earbuds use advanced sound isolation technology to block out most of the ambient noise. If the user needs to hear the surroundings, he can activate the corresponding mode with one press of a button, and the sound from the microphones will start to flow into the headphones.
Up to seven hours of use on a single charge. The earbuds can be fully charged twice using the built-in mobile charger for a total battery life of 21 hours. The fast charge function provides one hour of play after 15 minutes in the case.
The earbuds can be used as a voice communications headset, with a beamforming array of microphones with digital signal processing delivering “crystal clear” voice while reducing the effects of noise.

You can adjust the volume, control playback and calls with a single tap on the left or right earbud. The buttons can be customized in the ShurePlus Play app for iOS and Android, which also includes a player and customizable equalizer. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5 and multiple audio codecs including aptX, AAC, and SBC.
The earbuds are available in Graphite Gray for $ 199.
