Apple no longer wants to sell the iMac Pro in non-base configurations. Is this a hint of an imminent release of a new model?

Apple appears to be gearing up for a new iMac Pro all-in-one PC. This is hinted at by the fact that now on the official website of the Cupertino giant there is no opportunity to assemble its own configuration of the iMac Pro – there is only a basic version for $ 5,000.

Apple no longer wants to sell the iMac Pro in non-base configurations.  Is this a hint of an imminent release of a new model?

Recall that this PC offers a 27-inch 5K screen, a 10-core Intel Xeon processor, 32 GB of RAM, a 1 TB SSD and a Radeon Pro Vega 56 graphics card. Considering modern CPUs and 3D cards, this set can hardly be called optimal for its money, although you shouldn’t forget about the display.

According to rumors, the new iMac and iMac Pro on Apple Silicon should be released this year, and the situation with the current candy bar model indirectly confirms this.
