Apple sets records again. The company reported a very successful quarter

And it was another record quarter of the Cupertino giant. The company earned 97.278 billion dollars, increasing sales by 9%. This is a record for the quarter from January to March.

Operating profit increased from $27.5 billion to $29.98 billion, while net profit increased from $23.63 billion to $25 billion. Almost all of the growth came from the US market (in this case, both continents are meant), which provided the company with $40.88 billion dollars in revenue against 34.3 billion a year earlier. In other regions, the growth was much more modest, and Japan and Asia, not counting the same Japan and China, showed a decline in sales altogether.

In terms of device sales, iPhone shipments grew from $47.9 billion to $50.57 billion. Mac sales rose from $9.1 billion to $10.44 billion. iPad sales showed a decline: from 7.8 to 7.65 billion dollars. Wearable and home electronics continue to show growth. This direction brought the company 8.8 billion dollars against 7.84 billion a year ago. Of course, services also grew: from 16.9 to 19.8 billion, that is, the most in percentage terms.
