The film “Killers of the Flower Moon”, by Martin Scorsese, can now be watched on demand starting this week.
The film entered the Apple TV+ premium catalog, and is also available for digital sale on the main online sales platforms, such as Prime Video, in collaboration with Paramount Home Entertainment.
The work continues to be available in Brazilian cinemas.
“Killers of the Flower Moon” is based on a true story, inspired by the best-selling book of the same name by writer David Grann and shows mysterious murders that took place in the Osage Indian tribe.
The film shows how the original population became the target of a series of brutal crimes committed by white men, after the intruders became rich due to the discovery of oil that was abundant in the indigenous territory, in Oklahoma in the 1920s.
The story stars native Mollie Kylie, played by Lily Gladstone, and Ernest Burkhart, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, who form a couple. The cast also includes Robert de Niro, Jesse Plemons and Brendan Fraser.
