The trilogy “Batman the dark knight ” returns to cinemas in the cities of São Paulo (SP), Curitiba (PR) and Poços de Caldas (MG) in April.
The initiative, carried out by the Clássicos no Marquise label, aims to bring back to the public a great cinema success every month.
Among the films already shown are: “Pulp Fiction”, “A Dream of Freedom”, “2001: A Space Odyssey”, “Psycho”, the trilogy of “The Lord of the Rings”, “City of God”, among others .
The cinemas that will show the trilogy “Batman the dark knight ” are the very Cinema Marquise, which is located on Avenida Paulista, in the center of São Paulo; Cine Passeio, in Curitiba; and Cine Marquise Ultravisão, in Poços.
The “Batman: The Dark Knight” trilogy received a total of nine Oscar nominations and was acclaimed by critics, considered to this day as one of the best hero adaptations for cinema.
The director of the three films, Christopher Nolan, won the Oscar in 2024 for “Oppenheimer“, but became known with the trilogy for exploring the Batman universe in a darker and more realistic way than commonly portrayed in superhero films.
