“Body by Beth”: discover Max’s new Brazilian comedy with Marisa Orth

Next Monday (14), the broadcaster TNT and the platform Max launch the comedy “Body by Beth “, a new national series starring Marisa Orth known for her role in “Sai de Baixo”.

The series portrays the adventures of Beth (Orth), an old legend of the Rio de Janeiro gyms, and her family. She is accompanied by her ex-husband Ricardo Manuel, known as Ri-Man (Diogo Vilela from “O Auto da Compadecida“), a former weightlifter who currently runs a yoga studio in partnership with Ronaldo (Guilherme Weber from “Reality Z”), as well as the couple’s children, Carol and Daniel.

United, they must strive to protect the family’s old academy, which is being threatened by a highly technological competitor.

The cast also features Veronica Debom (“Flames of Life”), Victor Lamoglia (“Help! I Became a Girl”), Ana Hikari (“Família É Tudo”) and Gabriela Loran (“Renascer”).

On TNT, the series debuts with first two episodes this Monday (14), from 10:30 pm and new episodes will be released weekly. On the Max platform, the first five episodes will be accessible on the same day with the final five episodes scheduled to be released on November 25th .
