Bolsonaristas criticize STF in calling for demonstrations on September 7

The call for the September 7 demonstrations by Bolsonarista supporters has criticized the ministers of the Federal Supreme Court and, in particular, Minister Alexandre de Moraes, rapporteur of the fake news inquiry.

“We will not take to the streets on the 7th against the Supreme Court. On the contrary, we want a supreme court. We will take to the streets to cry out for freedom. It is not possible for a minister of the Supreme Court to spit on the Federal Constitution, climb on top of it and think he is bigger than it,” says deputy Otoni de Paula (PTB) in a speech, in a video distributed to supporters calling for the demonstration in Rio. of January.

Federal deputy General Girão (PL) sent a ‘message to the ministers of the STF’ on his Twitter account.

“We will no longer accept this dictatorship of the judiciary. We will not accept it and we will make it clear on the streets. Brazil deserves and needs everyone to do their duty. And the duty of the population is to be on the streets tomorrow saying: President Bolsonaro, I authorize. I authorize, yes! We do not accept this teaching of the judiciary. This will come to an end,” he said.

“It’s tomorrow for our freedom”, brings one of the convening pamphlets of deputy Carla Zambelli (PL) for the demonstration on Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo. Before that, she had criticized the decision of Minister Edson Fachin, president of the TSE (Superior Electoral Court), to suspend excerpts from the arms decrees of President Jair Bolsonaro.

“Armed security guards for us, insecurity for you”, he suggested, reinforcing the call for the act.

Former Environment Minister Ricardo Salles also criticized the decision. Pamphlets circulating on Twitter and Telegram bring convening images with a photo of STF ministers in black and white and phrases such as “Justice is set aside, and the right is removed. The truth is stumbling in the court” and “September 7th, the light will overcome the darkness that occupies the powers of Brazil”.

wanted by CNN the STF stated that neither the court nor the ministers will comment on this matter.
