Bolsonaro’s breach of confidentiality
Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the STF, suspended President Jair Bolsonaro’s breach of confidentiality, determined by the CPI on the Pandemic. Moraes’ decision came after the Federal Attorney General’s Office presented a writ of mandamus, stating that the president cannot be investigated by parliamentary committees of inquiry.
Increase in Christmas dinner
The products of this year’s Christmas dinner had an increase of up to 27% compared to 2020. The items were analyzed by the Brazilian Institute of Economics of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. The price of chicken rose the most, followed by the egg.

The Minister of the Environment, Joaquim Leite, said that deforestation in the Amazon has reached unacceptable numbers, and that public bodies need to adopt decisive actions to combat illegal deforestation.
