Although the warning is aimed at those who reproduce the images for profit or commercial purposes, if her mother, Jinmiran, decides to register the girl’s name and face, then no one will be able to use them anymore and, according to the WhatsApp terms of service, the image could be detected as a misdirection of intellectual property, so it would be instantly blocked or removed.
The announcement shocked his followers. However, the photos and stickers of the girl continued to appear all over the network, so her mother decided to take legal action on the situation and said she would sue anyone who uses her little girl’s photographs.
