At the end of August, we already wrote about a curious situation that happened in Poland, when the user was waiting for the ordered GeForce RTX 3070 for almost a year, and as a result, the seller offered him a replacement in the form of a GeForce RTX 3060, arguing that the performance of these models is the same. And now the source writes about another curious case, which also happened in Poland. And probably with the same seller.
The story began about a year ago, when one of the users decided to get a GeForce RTX 3080. After a year (!) Of waiting, the person decided to mark this date in an original way: he ordered a cake with the order number and the inscription “One year together” and sent it to the retailer. The goal, apparently, was at the same time to shame the seller, and once again remind him of himself. And this action had an effect – after three days the person received his GeForce RTX 3080. Perhaps if he had sent the cake to the seller earlier, for example, a month after the order, he would have received the video card earlier.
It is not known which local seller does not fulfill orders without a cake, but, probably, we are talking about the same retailer X-Kom, who wanted to deceive a person by slipping him a GeForce RTX 3060 instead of a GeForce RTX 3070 after 10 months of waiting.
