The source has published images of cases for Google’s promising flagship smartphones – Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. If before that someone else doubted that the devices would receive an unusual huge horizontal camera block, which was demonstrated in the renders earlier, now there are no such doubts.
Interestingly, the case maker designates the older model with the XL index, although various sources of preliminary data indicate that it will still be called the Pixel 6 Pro.
Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will be the first smartphones in the world with pre-installed Android 12. The younger model is credited with a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen, and the older one should use a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel. The key difference between the main camera of the older model is the presence of a periscope module. The smartphones are expected to be built on Google’s own 5-nanometer single-chip platform, Google Whitechapel, and there is already the first data on its performance.
