Daniel reflects on the school of the future — a new role for the teacher and a personalized education for everyone. Ânima Educação is the fourth largest education network in the country, in number of students. There are 350 thousand students and 18 thousand educators.

School dropout rates in Brazil reach 5 million students, according to data from the United Nations Children’s Fund.
Daniel argues that schools, as they are structured today, no longer exist and that education needs to be rethought and reinvented.
