Long queues formed outside the vaccination centers in Britain, as hundreds of thousands of people rushed to be vaccinated with the booster dose of the vaccine coronavirus, after the country’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned that the Omicron mutation can “overcome” the immunity of fully vaccinated.
As reported by Reuters, and relayed by ΑΠΕ ΜΠΕ, the National Health Service announced that 704.148 appointments have been made, of which the 655.170 for third dose.
The authorities, for their part, asked for it 12 hour operation of vaccination centers for 7 days per week, where possible, in each community, and availability for appointments on a 16-hour basis per day, said the director of the National Health System (NHS) vaccination program.

Lack of self-diagnostic tests
In the meantime, problems arise in the order self-diagnostic tests, which will be required for certain social events, for home delivery, according to the same sources.
“There are no rapid tests available for home delivery,” the British government website said.
