A death and 978 new cases coronavirus announced on Thursday its Ministry of Health Of Cyprus.
According to the relevant announcement:
- 1 person died of COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths to 625.
- 162 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, of which 66 in serious condition. Rate 77.78% of patients have no history of vaccination
- 13 post-COVID patients who have ceased to be infectious (declassified cases) continue to be treated intubated in a serious condition due to COVID in an Intensive Care Unit.
They have taken place in total 93.233 Detection of the disease by the molecular method (PCR) and the method of rapid antigen detection (antigen rapid test).
It is pointed out, finally, that together with tonight, new cases of COVID-19 disease (percentage of positivity: 1.05%) the total number of confirmed cases in the country has reached 148.663.
